Terms of service

General Terms and Conditions of the Woolsens Webshop

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of products placed through the online store at www.woolsens.ch between the customer and Aktista Handels GmbH, hereinafter referred to as “woolsens.ch” or “we.”

The version of these Terms and Conditions published on www.woolsens.ch at the time of the order shall be binding.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is not concluded until we confirm your order via email or ship the goods.

We reserve the right to reject orders in whole or in part without providing a reason.

3. Order

Orders are accepted exclusively through the online store at www.woolsens.ch. Orders placed by phone, mail, fax, or email will not be processed.

You are required to provide complete and accurate information when placing an order.

4. Prices

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the legally required value-added tax, unless otherwise stated.

The price at the time of the order is binding. We reserve the right to make price changes, and to correct technical errors, mistakes, and incorrect price listings.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online store, specifically Shopify Payments—including Twint—and PayPal.

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods without providing a reason or to deliver only upon receipt of advance payment.

The purchase price is due upon completion of the order.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein to the shipping address you provide.

Delivery within Switzerland typically takes 1–2 business days, unless otherwise specified for the respective product. All delivery times are non-binding.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided this is reasonable for you.

Cash-on-delivery shipping is not offered.

7. Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 8.50 for each order.

Shipping is free for orders totaling CHF 150.00 or more, except for special deliveries or shipping methods expressly marked otherwise.

8. Availability and Unavailability

Despite careful inventory management, it may happen that a product is no longer available after we receive your order. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

Unavailable products will not be backordered unless otherwise agreed upon. Any payments already made for items that cannot be delivered will be refunded.

Further claims due to unavailability or delayed delivery are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

10. Obligation to Inspect and Notice of Defects

Please inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt for completeness, correctness, and visible defects.

Obvious defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported to us in writing within 10 days of receipt of the goods via email to service@woolsens.ch or by mail. The notification must include as detailed a description of the defect as possible.

If a notice of defects is not provided in a timely manner, the goods shall be deemed accepted with respect to visible defects, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply, unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of justified defects, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund of the purchase price.

Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, external influences, or tampering by unauthorized third parties.

12. Return Policy

You may return unworn, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging to us within 10 days of receiving the goods.

In the case of partial deliveries, the return period for each delivered item begins upon receipt of that item.

A prerequisite for the return is that the delivery slip or another clear proof of purchase is included with the return shipment.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

The date of the postmark is decisive for meeting the return deadline.

For items that show signs of use or are not returned in perfect condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct a reasonable depreciation from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to assume liability in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions. 14. Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

For more information on the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data, please see our Privacy Policy at www.woolsens.ch.

The place of jurisdiction is Basel, unless a mandatory statutory place of jurisdiction takes precedence. Effective as of March 25, 2026
